Dermatology comes to Navarre!
Beginning Thursday, November, 29, residents of Navarre will no longer have to drive long distances to enjoy top quality skin care from a Board-Certified Dermatologist. That’s because Gulf Coast Dermatology’s Dr. George vonHilsheimer will begin serving members of the Navarre community, and be available for weekly appointments within the Baptist Medical Park at 8888 Navarre Parkway. Before now, residents of Navarre had to travel to Pensacola or Ft. Walton Beach to receive dermatology care.
While it’s surprising that one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities had to wait until now to have a dermatologist providing regular service in a convenient location, Dr. vonHilsheimer is excited to bring his service to the area, in a cooperative move with the existing Baptist Medical Park facility. Dr. vonHilsheimer has the complete backing and resources of the Gulf Coast Dermatology team, which is leading the way in the fight against skin cancer and also offers the very latest in cosmetic procedures.
Dr. vonHilsheimer served in the U.S. Army, and received his dermatologic training at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, most recently serving as Chief of Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery at Martin Army Hospital in Fort Benning, Ga, where he received the highest patient satisfaction ratings of any physician for 4 consecutive years.
